Big Idea Grants

Have a big idea that could transform your classroom? We want to fund it. The Foundation's Big Idea Grant program exists because the best ideas often come from the people closest to students, their teachers. Grants are awarded annually to Mid-Del educators and staff. Applications are free, the process is simple, and the impact is real.

Who Can Apply

Any current Mid-Del Public Schools teacher, administrator, or staff member is eligible to apply. Applications are welcome from all schools and all grade levels.

How to Apply

Applications open August 7, 2026. Complete the online application, describe your idea and its student impact, and submit before the deadline. The Foundation reviews applications and selects recipients, and winners are surprised at their schools.
